CENTURY 21 Scheetz - Indy 500 Campaign
In preparation for the iconic Indianapolis 500, CENTURY 21 Scheetz revved excitement with a dynamic social media campaign showcasing our REALTORS® as the ultimate "Real Estate Pit Crew." Drawing inspiration from race day precision and teamwork, this campaign highlighted each agent's unique skills and expertise to help clients cross the finish line in their home-buying or selling journey.
I collaborated closely with our agents to craft personalized "pit crew" titles that spotlighted their standout skills—whether they were "Negotiation Ninjas" or "Market Navigators." Each agent’s title was paired with a race-themed caption that seamlessly tied their expertise to the fast-paced energy of the Indy 500. To bring it all together, I designed sleek, race-inspired graphics that captured the event's spirit and our brand.
The campaign was shared across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, connecting with our audience by combining Indiana’s love for racing with our passion for real estate. It perfectly blended local pride, creativity, and brand storytelling, showcasing how CENTURY 21 Scheetz agents go the extra mile for their clients.

CENTURY 21 Scheetz - Era's Tour
With the electrifying buzz of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour coming to Indianapolis in November, I developed a creative and locally resonant social media campaign to spotlight CENTURY 21 Scheetz's 8 Central Indiana offices. Inspired by Taylor's iconic Eras Tour poster, this project was as fun as it was meaningful, blending local excitement with our brand's unique story.
I conceptualized the campaign to showcase each office as its own “era,” reflecting its distinctive identity and contributions to our real estate success. Using Canva and Photoshop, I designed a vibrant graphic that mirrored the aesthetic of Taylor’s poster, assigning each office a bold color and highlighting its unique personality through carefully chosen visuals.
To amplify the connection, I infused the captions with Taylor Swift lyrics and song titles, tying each office's “era” to iconic moments in her music. This creative approach not only resonated with Swifties but also celebrated our team's dedication and connection to the community.

Custom Social Media Graphics for Agents
One of the most rewarding aspects of collaborating with over 400 talented REALTORS® is the opportunity to create custom social media content that reflects their unique personalities, businesses, and connections to the community. From big-picture strategy to creative execution, I enjoy tailoring posts that not only engage audiences but also elevate the personal brand of each agent.
My work spans a wide variety of campaigns and projects, from data-driven market updates that establish expertise to personalized promotions for special events, like client winery gatherings, holiday parties, and appreciation photoshoots. I also love highlighting hyper-local moments that resonate with our Indiana audience—celebrating high school football season, spotlighting National Indiana Day, or tying posts to cultural touchpoints like Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour or the Indianapolis 500.
Every project begins with collaboration, ensuring that the agent's vision, voice, and goals are at the forefront. Using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and my knowledge of real estate marketing trends, I create eye-catching graphics and compelling captions that drive engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Michelle Gambs - Workshop Campaign
One of Michelle Gambs’ key goals last year was to transform her bundled online workshops into individual courses, making them more accessible and tailored to her clients’ needs. To support this shift, I developed and executed a comprehensive social media and email marketing campaign that not only announced the change but strategically spotlighted each course over a seven-week period. We launched the campaign with an overarching post to inform Michelle’s audience about the separation of the workshops. This post generated initial excitement and set the stage for the individual course features that followed.
Each week, we highlighted one specific course through curated social media posts and matching email campaigns. These posts and emails focused on the unique value of the course, addressing relatable pain points such as power struggles, sibling rivalry, or setting boundaries. The captions were carefully crafted to provide insight into what clients could expect to learn while connecting to their real-life parenting challenges, creating an emotional resonance that encouraged engagement. To ensure seamless accessibility, I included direct links to each course in the captions and emails, simplifying the purchasing process for Michelle’s audience.
The visual aspect of the campaign was equally important. I designed cohesive and eye-catching graphics that tied the campaign together while giving each course its own identity. Using a consistent format, I incorporated custom vectors and titles that reflected the themes of each workshop. These visuals were vibrant, approachable, and perfectly aligned with Michelle’s brand. The content was rolled out across all of her social media platforms and email list, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

Michelle Gambs - Utilizing Reels
One of the most significant changes I made to Michelle Gambs' social media platforms was the incorporation of reels into her feed. Video content is a cornerstone of social media, and I wanted to help Michelle take full advantage of this trend to better connect with her audience. Michelle had previously created a library of short parenting videos on a variety of topics for her YouTube channel. Instead of filming new content on these same topics, I repurposed her existing YouTube videos by converting them into short-form reels for Instagram and Facebook. This allowed us to efficiently maximize the value of her pre-existing content while adapting it for platforms where short, engaging videos thrive.
Using CapCut, I edited the YouTube videos to make them suitable for social media. I adjusted the size ratio to ensure they fit perfectly on Instagram and Facebook, added captions throughout the videos to make them accessible and engaging, enhanced the video and audio quality, and included an ending slide featuring Michelle’s photo and contact information for a professional finish. These details not only elevated the production quality but also made the videos more visually appealing and impactful for her audience.
The captions I curated for these reels were just as important as the videos themselves. Each caption was designed to complement the content of the reel, spark interest, and provide value to viewers. They were engaging, relatable, and included a clear call to action (CTA) that encouraged viewers to explore Michelle’s additional resources. Whether it was directing them to her full-length YouTube videos, her online workshops, or her ReDirecting Children’s Behavior course, the captions bridged the gap between her short-form content and the deeper insights she offers.
I have attached an example below.
RoundTable Wellness - Rebranding of Social Media
In 2024, I began working with Rene Tilt, founder of RoundTable Wellness, to rebrand and elevate their social media presence. Before I stepped in, RTW’s social media pages lacked a cohesive look and feel that reflected their brand’s identity. The posts were not consistently aligned with their logo, color scheme, or overall messaging, and while they had been utilizing reels, their feed lacked balance between video and still graphics, resulting in a disjointed aesthetic. My goal was to create a cohesive and professional social media presence that effectively communicated their mission and services.
To address these issues, I implemented a complete overhaul of their social media strategy and design. I began creating custom graphics that incorporated RTW’s color palette and logo, ensuring that every post reflected the brand’s identity. This not only gave their Instagram and Facebook pages a more unified and polished look but also reinforced their brand in the eyes of their audience. Additionally, I rebalanced the ratio of reels to still graphics, creating a more structured and visually appealing feed that combined informative and engaging content.
To take the branding a step further, I utilized Instagram’s “Pin Post” feature to create a banner across the top of their feed. This banner served as a powerful introduction to RTW, providing key information about their services and mission. By pinning these posts, I ensured that anyone visiting the page would immediately understand the brand’s purpose and offerings. This strategic approach symbolized their commitment to helping clients with eating disorder treatment, intuitive eating, and wellness support while also creating a visually impactful first impression.

Alpha Phi Delta Rho - Recruitment Graphics/Stories
During my time as Social Media Chair for Alpha Phi Delta Rho, I had the opportunity to create engaging and eye-catching graphics for our chapter’s social media platforms. While our feed often featured edited photos of our sisters, certain events, like recruitment and philanthropy initiatives, required more dynamic and creative content to capture attention and communicate important details. Using Canva, I designed a variety of graphics that highlighted our values, events, and unique sisterhood.
For recruitment, I focused on creating visually appealing posts that reflected our chapter's energy and values, while also aligning with the themes of "finding your forever home" and "sisterhood that lasts a lifetime." Each graphic incorporated high-quality photos of our sisters, vibrant colors, and creative text overlays to emphasize key messages. For example, some designs featured fun elements like disco balls, balloons, and text that added a modern, playful feel, while others utilized layered photos and thematic imagery to communicate the enduring bonds of sisterhood.
For story posts, I crafted graphics that were more interactive and engaging, incorporating call-to-action elements like "register by August 27th" to encourage participation. These graphics balanced eye-catching visuals with clear messaging, ensuring they resonated with our audience and effectively communicated the information.
Philanthropy and recruitment graphics were a unique challenge because they had to stand out on crowded social feeds while staying true to our branding. I used Canva’s tools to blend creativity with functionality, ensuring that each post was both visually striking and informative. Whether it was highlighting our values like character, innovation, and generosity, or creating an aesthetic that reflected the fun and welcoming culture of Alpha Phi, these graphics helped elevate our social media presence and connect with potential new members and supporters.
